Each firm’s records are isolated from every other firm’s. The separation is enforced inside the database, not only in the application.
Roles decide who sees what
An access matrix sets what each role can see and do, and people can protect sign-in with an authenticator app. The organisation owner changes the matrix, and changes are recorded.
Changes leave a trail
Important changes are logged with who made them and when.
Files are limited and private
Uploads are size-limited and kept in private cloud storage. They open only through time-limited links.

Terranix runs on Google Cloud in the Mumbai region.
Leavers are handled properly
When someone leaves, their account can be closed and their personal details erased. Records the business still needs are kept without their identity.
Your data stays yours
Your firm owns what it enters. You can export your lists and time records to Excel at any time.
